<h2>The Facts<br></h2><p>The symptoms of hay fever can range from
a runny and itchy nose, a blocked nose, sneezing, itchy and watery red eyes and
an itchy throat. In some cases only nasal symptoms occur and in some cases only
eye symptoms occur.</p>
<p>The worse thing about Hay Fever is when the sun is starting to
shine and everyone is enjoying the nice weather you are feeling miserable and
uncomfortable. Don’t worry I have it covered with some tips to help ease your
discomfort allowing you to enjoy the sunshine!</p>
<p>
Burn Eucalyptus and or
Niaouli organic essential oils in your home or put 6 drops of each into water
and spray throughout the house to clear the air and any traces of pollen.
This is especially helpful before bed as spraying the bedroom will encourage a
restful sleep. Tea tree can also be a great option. <br></p><p>
