The beautiful thing about Aromatherapy is we can easily incorporate it into our lives each day. Here are a few ways to use aromatherapy without any hassle!

One of the
best ways to benefit from aromatherapy and essential oils is by
inhalation. You can inhale your favorite essential oils via a bath, steam
inhalation, a burner or through candles.

Bath

The perfect, most relaxing way to enjoy
essential oils! Simply add 6-10
drops of essential oil to a small (50ml) glass of milk and add to your bath
once it is run swirl around with your hand and get in! If you add
the milk and oils while the bath is running the scent will evaporate to
quickly. You can also add bubbles if you like.

Steam inhalation

Boil the kettle then cool the water
slightly and fill a large bowl with the water (Be careful!!!) add 3-5 drop of
your favorite citrus or minty essential oils like lemon or eucalyptus, place a
towel over your head and take deep breaths. Do this for 5-10 minutes. You’ll have a clear head, open sinus and a calm mind
afterwards.

Burn

In the top/opening of an oil burner add
6-10 drop of your own choice of oils and a little tap water, light a tea light
and place in the burner, add your choice of oil this method is beautiful for
scenting a room, calming the kids before bed or setting the atmosphere for a
night in.

Candles

If you are burning an unscented candle in the house you can add 2
drops of any essential oil, this will add a beautiful natural scent to the home.

Or buy an organic or soy wax candle with
organic essential oils for a healthy candle experience.

Happy inhaling
