for different reasons and sometimes it is due to a physical condition,
emotional upset or for many other unexplained reasons. Regardless of the
reason behind your insomnia, aromatherapy can help resolve the problem.</p><h2>Aromatherapy
and Insomnia</h2><p>Put 5
drops of Organic Lavender essential oil or Organic Petitgrain essential oil on
a cotton pad and place it on your pillow or on your radiator in your
bedroom. It is best to
do this 20 minutes before you go to bed in order to give the amoma time to
circulate throughout the air in which you sleep. A good tip is to change the essential
oil you use every week as your body can get use to the one oil therefore
becoming less effective over a period of time. By adding drops of organic
essential oils to an organic vegetable oil you can make a beautiful
aromatherapy blend for insomnia. </p>
