<div class="page traditional" style=" background-color: #fff; "> <article> <header> <h1 style=" color: #000;">Slieve Donard Reveals Latest Artwork Acquisition</h1> <p class="byline"> </p> </header> <div class="main"> <img src="/uploads/58e6053a66801.jpg" class="title-pic" alt=""/> <p class="summary" style=" color: #000;"></p> <p>Howard Hastings was joined by local artist, Hamish Moyle at the unveiling of his painting which has been installed in the recently enhanced Lighthouse Lounge in the Slieve Donard Resort & Spa. The painting, which was in last year’s RUA Autumn exhibition, is entitled <em style="background-color: initial;">St John’s Point across Dundrum Bay</em> and the scene is painted from the beach just below Murlough House in Dundrum. Hamish said he deliberately chose to represent the stormy sea in sunshine rather than gloom, injecting translucency in the painting which is dominated by the rolling waves.
