Hector is currently the artist in residence for the National Trust at Castleward and his specially commissioned picture of Glenarm Walled Garden now hangs in Ballygally Castle. During the dinner, Hector shared some of the background of his work with the guests who enjoyed gourmet dining in the 1625 Room. It was the Earls of Antrim who first converted Ballygally Castle into a hotel, in the 1930’s, and Hector was pleased to observe his family crest still prominently featuring in the Castle’s plasterwork.</p> </div> </article> </div><!-- /page-->
