<p>We are delighted to announce a series of new appointments in Hastings Hotels </p><p><b style="background-color: initial;">Christopher Kilpatrick, Restaurant and Lounge Manager at the Culloden Estate and Spa </b></p><p>Please extend huge congratulations to Christopher who has been promoted from Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to Restaurant and Lounge Manager. Christopher will oversee both Mitre restaurant and Crozier lounge. He will be instrumental in the renovation and re-launch of the restaurant in the coming months and also drive the standards of Crozier forward. Christopher joined the hotel in September 2014 and has a wonderful track record. His keen eye to detail and approach to training will lend well to his new role.</p><p><img src="/uploads/55e5c1fbde38e.JPG"></p><p><strong>Brian Donnelly, Executive Head Chef at the Slieve Donard Resort & Spa </strong></p><p>Brian Donnelly has joined the
Slieve Donard as Executive Head Chef from his previous role in James Street
South Cookery School, where he was Manager/Head Chef. He has previously worked
as Head Chef in Kevin Thorntons (2 star Michelin Restaurant in Dublin) and Aubergine
with Gordon Ramsey.</p><p>With a focus and respect on
local and seasonal produce, and experience in the fine dining restaurant
business, Brian is looking forward to showcasing the great food provenance of
the Mourne region and Northern Ireland.</p><p><img src="/uploads/55e5c245f1700.jpg"></p>
