<p>The
Europa Hotel recently hosted a fabulous gourmet wine dinner in association with
Woodford Bourne Wines.</p><p>The
dinner was hosted in the Piano Restaurant where guests were able to relax in
beautiful surroundings and enjoy a drinks
and canapés.</p><p>An
exquisite dinner was presented, prepared by Executive Head Chef, Adrian McDaid, and Sous Chef, Mark
Begely, with each course accompanied by a
specially chosen wine. </p><p>General
Manager of the hotel, James McGinn, said: </p><h4>“We are thrilled to showcase
the talents of our chefs who prepared a truly delicious dinner for all of our
guests and the ever attentive Europa hospitality team who made sure everyone
was treated to excellent service throughout. We have recently made further investments in various areas of
the hotel, including our Reception, Lobby Bar and the Piano Restaurant, and feedback from our guests this evening has been very
