A warm welcome to Patrick Mc Canny! Patrick who has been promoted from Assistant Manager to&nbsp;restaurant and lounge manager&nbsp;&nbsp;will oversee both Mitre restaurant and Crozier lounge.</p><p>Patrick brings a wealth of knowledge to the role having previously worked at Lough Erne Resort, going on from there to be the General Manager of the Bush Bar and Grill in Enniskillen. Patrick took a year out travelling in Australia beginning in late 2014 prior to starting his career path with Hastings Culloden Estate and Spa in 2015. His keen eye to detail, entrepreneurial spirit and high expectations will lend well to his new role.
