Earlier this Summer, <strong>JP McCafferty</strong>, Everglades Hotel was crowned Food and Beverage Manager of the Year at the prestigious Janus Awards which identify and reward individuals and&nbsp;companies exemplifying excellence, innovation and creativity within the Tourism and Hospitality Industry.&nbsp;</p><p>JP is pictured receiving his award from Chairman of the Institute of Hospitality, Michael Cafolla, Tourism Northern Ireland's Terence Brannigan, and awards host, Barra Best.&nbsp;</p><p>In July, <strong>Shona Fitzsimmons</strong> scooped the Irish Tatler Spa Therapist of the Year award.
