Maria helps companies connect to their customers and their people through service experiences. Her approach blends the philosophy of Omotenashi, the japanese art of hospitality with the practices of hyper-growth start-ups. This has enabled Maria to build tools and strategies that focus on friction-free support and rich engagement
</p>
<p>
She has led the customer service and experience strategy and operations for global organisations such as ASOS and Spotify, where Maria gained global experience in the social CS space when she launched ASOS’ social CS back in 2008 and Spotify's community in 2011. Both have been used as examples of best practice for engaging with customers and measuring ROI.
