- Ask family, friends or colleagues about your biggest strengths
- On the resume, list the most relevant tasks of each past position as bullet points
- Describe the best examples and achievements for the position in the cover letter
- Adapt the wording of your cover letter and resume to reflect the language used in the job ad
- Prepare several concrete examples for the job interview to respond to strengths, weaknesses and soft skills questions
