The Artisaire Proofing Checklist
Don't be the bride who spells her own name wrong on her wedding invitations! Yes, it really happens! Before signing off on your proof and sending out those invites, make sure you've checked everything off this list!
Invitations
- Names - are they spelled correctly and include titles (when needed)
- Date - this is a big one! Triple check that your day, month and year are ALL correct!
- Venue - is it spelled correctly and easy to read?
- City and State - are they written out (in full) + spelled properly?
- Time - be accurate and don't forget to use "o'clock"!
- RSVP Info - will your guests know when and where to send them?
- Reception Details - what happens after the ceremony!
- Spelling and Grammar - watch out for things like "presence" vs. "presents"
Envelopes
