The first commandment is thou shall have a Wealthy Mindset. A wealthy mindset is a mindset that has four attributes. The first is the attribute of abundance. The second is the attribute of possibilities. The third is the attribute of a long-term perspective. And the fourth is the attribute of Value. People with solid wealth have a wealthy mindset and bring enormous value to the world. They create their wealth by offering value in exchange for money. The money they have is a reward for the value they provide. People without value create liquid or gaseous wealth. They are entitled. Have a scarcity mentality. Are limited in their possibilities and have a short-term perspective. To develop a wealthy mindset, you must renew your mind with three critical raw materials. First is the right knowledge. The second is the right experience. The third thing is the right personal environment. A personal environment is an environment you deliberately create for yourself. To shield you from the toxicity of the external environment. When you create a healthy environment around yourself. You create a fertile ground for solid wealth to grow.

The second commandment is thou shall create wealthy Ideas. Ideas are a collection of thoughts that form a new body of knowledge. They are the raw material for innovation, inventions, products, and services. Ideas are like the seed you need to grow into a wealth tree. To Create wealthy ideas, you need three things. First is the ability to read and research. Second is the ability to understand what you have read in the context that supports wealth. The third is the ability to draw your own conclusions from what you understand. With the right knowledge, perspective and conclusions you can create great ideas. Without great ideas, it is hard for you to create solid wealth. Great ideas are thus the seed that turns you into a wealth tree.
The Third commandment is thou shall add Value. Ideas in its raw form do not create wealth. It is just a seed. And just like any other seed, it needs to be cultivated to produce fruits. To cultivate an idea, you need to add value. Adding value means converting ideas from its latent state to a state that produces value. To add value to ideas you need three things. First, you need to know who an idea is most suitable for. That is who will gain from your idea the most. Understanding this person and knowing what they want is critical to adding value. Second your need to find out what matters to the people that will benefit most from your idea. And what they are willing and able to pay for? Third, you need to know how to reach these people and market your idea. You need to know how to market your ideas to inspire the right actions. Not all ideas are wealthy ideas. To find ideas that have the potential for solid wealth you need to focus on five areas. These five areas are fundamental to human nature, will never go out of fashion. And have the potential to create solid wealth. The first area is the Movement. Human beings by nature want to move from one place to another. They move to expand opportunities, acquire new territories and have new experiences. Any idea that Increases the speed and ease of movement has the potential for solid wealth.
The second area is the areas of Transactions. Human beings since history exchange cash, goods, and services. They do so because no one person or country has all they need. People and countries depend on each other to get what they do not have. This makes inter person and inter-country transactions important. Ideas that ease and simplify transactions between humans have the potential for creating solid wealth. The third area is Communication. Human beings have the innate desire to relate with one another. Deep inside our DNA is the community and relationship spirit. Thus, any idea that speeds up communication, intimacy and the interactions between people has the potential for creating solid wealth. The Fourth area is Survival. Survival is the ability to live in a dignified and human way. It is the most powerful human force in the world. Ideas that help people thrive and live with human dignity have the potential for solid wealth. Survival ideas include things like food, water, shelter, clothing, Money and so on. The Fifth area is Human development. Every human being wants to grow and become a better person. Deep in every human being is the desire to understand themselves, their source, the world, other human beings, plants, and animals. This makes human development fundamental to human nature. Ideas that revolve around self-discovery, spirituality, the discovery of the world. Discovery of diseases, Plants, and animals, are ideas with great potential for wealth. These are the five areas with the greatest potential for solid wealth.
The fourth commandment is thou shall be different and unique in the business world. When you enter the business world where they are many people before and after you. The only way to succeed is to stand out and appear different from everybody else. Differentiation is the ability to create value that is perceived by consumers as different, competitive and the first in the market place. Differentiation is thus key to successful marketing, profitability and competition. It sets you apart from a multitude of alternatives. And make you the preferred choice for customers. If you do not differentiate and stand out you will be lost in the crowd. Businesses that create solid wealth bring value to the market place that is different from everybody else.

The fifth commandment is thou shall have a Plan. A plan is a step by step set of activities that a person can follow to achieve a certain goal. A good business plan contains three key components. The First is a sustainable and profitable Business Model. That is how a business will deliver its value and make money. The second is a Marketing Plan that focuses on three things. First is understanding the target consumers through testing and research. Next is creating products and services that meet consumer's most important needs. And next is looking for a cost-effective way to reach them. The third component of a good business plan is differentiation. How a business stands out from its competitors in the mind of the consumers. Without a good business plan, all the time and effort invested in setting up a business is wasted. Your plan is like a compass that guides you and it must work on paper first before you launch out in full force.
The Sixth commandment is thou shall have a reputable Name. A reputable name is a clear means of identification that makes it easy for consumers to find you, do business with you and brag about you to their friends and families. It is what answers the question “who the hell are you?”. No one wants to work with a nobody or feel embarrassed working with a nobody. Consumers want to brag about the people they associate with. And they want want these people to stand for something that is admirable and praiseworthy. When you have a reputable name and stand for something. You make it easy for consumers to do business with you. Consumers will not struggle to introduce you to their friends or feel embarrassed working with you. There will also find it easy to refer you to their network. When you are just starting out, building a reputable name can seem like a hard thing to do. To speed up the process without spending millions on advertising there are three things you can do. The first and the most powerful is to Differentiate yourself. When you are different and offer a unique solution, people see you as an innovative leader and are more likely to do business with you. Regardless of how old you are in business. Everyone wants to associate with success so if you make yourself one you will build a reputable name fast. Successful businesses like Uber, Facebook, Netflix, and Airbnb were all once a nobody. Today they are celebrated as innovative businesses because they came into the market with a different value. Your difference is your fastest ticket to a reputable name.
Next, you need to choose and target an Influential Niche Market. The greatest mistake you will ever make is target everyone when you start out in business. It will take time to differentiate yourself and be known as a jack of all trade. Choosing a niche market that is large enouch to lift your name to limelight is a better strategy. Examples of influential niche markets include children, women, University Graduates, Students, Working Class, Affluent Men and so on. These people are significant in society and central to an economy. They can create national noise that lifts your name into relevance. Next, you need to become a Celebrity and a person of authority in your industry. The path to celebrity can be long if your solution is not differentiated. But if you have a unique product or service you can become a celebrity pretty fast. To become a celebrity You need to Write, Speak or be associated with influential people. When you write on reputable platforms and author books you manufacture authority and attract respect. Similarly when you make appearances on TV and Radio. And share stage or do business with prominent people and sometimes even the government. You create a name that stand out. If your solution and message is different everyone want to associate with you and have you on their platforms.
The Seven commandments is thou shall initaite and Nurture Wealthy Relationships. As a small business owner, you cannot thrive on your strength, knowledge, and capacity alone. You need the help of other human beings who have more reach, capacity, and advantage than you do to scale. Knowing where you are going, who you need to get to there and how you can reach them is critical for success. Also knowing how to initiate beneficial relationships, nurture them and extract value from them is key for long-term success. People that create solid wealth build their businesses on the shoulder of solid relationships. Your goals as a business owner is to make yourself unique and valuable so it becomes easy to attract prominent people and relationships. Wealthy relationships are thus crucial for success and will ease your journey to solid wealth.
The Eight commandment is thou shall maintain optimal health. Healthy people are productive people. And is the one thing that can destroy your ability to create solid wealth. When health is lost wealth is lost. Maintaining Optimal health is thus critical for your success. To create optimal heals you need to focus on three things. First is your Body. The Second is your Strength. And the third is your Mind. A healthy body is a body that is immune to sicknesses and diseases. To keep your immunity level up you need to focus on your nutrition and lifestyle. And remove yourself from toxic and stressful environments. Next, you need to increase the quality of your strength through exercise. Feeling tired and weak all the time is sign your body is not getting all the nutrients and stimulation it needs to thrive. Exercise help circulate nutrients in the body and stimultae body parts and joints. When your body gets the nutrients and stimulation it needs you will feel strong and alive. Body strength is thus proof that the different components of your body is getting what it needs to function well and the body parts is being activated and stimulated
Next, you need to focus on is your mind. Your mind is the center for coordination and peace. But it can also be the center for stress. If you consume and allow negative information and thoughts in your mind you will put your mind under stress. Stress is the primary cause of diseases. Whereas Peace of mind is the primary precursor for health. If you feed your mind with positive information. And surround yourself with positive people and environments you will enjoy a healthy mental state. Thus, by feeding your body with the right nutrients. Distributing these nutrients through exercise and protecting your mind from stress. You enjoy long-lasting health that supports the creation of solid wealth.
The Ninth commandment is thou shall maximize the use of Time. Time is life. And the use or abuse of time is the primary reason for the disparity between the wealthy and the poor. All of the billions in the world cannot buy one minute of yesterday. Time wasted is life wasted. And what you do with time and how you spend time is critical for success. The importance of time is not so much in its quantity but in its usage to achieve peak productivity. Although the quantity of time has its own advantage. It is only useful time that counts towards the creation of solid wealth. When you invest your time wisely in ways that promote the creation of wealth, you will be wealthy. Otherwise, you will struggle. To create solid wealth, you must take extraordinary measures and sometimes extreme measures to protect your time from wastage. You must cut off all and any activity that delays you from doing the things that are most important to your wealth. Have zero tolerance for impromptu activities, meaningless discussions. And meetings or predatory relationships that steal your time. You must put a financial value on time that make it hard for you to waste it. This is the only way to make the most use of time and achieve peak productivity. While you can regain lost money, health, and relationships. You cannot regain lost time.When time is lost it is gone. If you do not guard and value your time the world will help you waste it.
The Tenth commandment is thou shall have High-Income skills. A high-income skill is any skill you can immediately deploy to earn money if you suddenly lose your job or find yourself in a zero cash situation where you need to survive. It is a skill that does not require a big office, large start-up capital or special connections to deploy. There are three types of these skills. The first is Prospecting Skills. That is the ability to attract customers and make them beg to do business with you. The second is Conversion Skills. That is the ability to inspire and motivate customers to take purchase action. And exchange their money for your goods or services. And the third is Nurturing Skills. The ability to keep customers and inspire them to buy more from you beyond their first purchase. To develop these skills a person need certain other abilities. For example prospecting skills require the ability to communicate your ideas in ways that inspire and attract the right kind of people. To do this successfully you need two other skills. The first is the ability to Write. That is communicate your ideas through the written word. And the second is the ability to Speak. That is communicate your ideas through the spoken word. Conversion skills also require the ability to convince, motivate and negotiate the right action in people. To develop conversion skills a person, need two other skills. The first is the ability to position one's products or service as unique and different. The second is the ability to package and present solutions in ways that command attention and high price. Converting interested prospects into paying consumers is how solid wealth is created.
Nurturing skills also need two other skills. The first is the ability to maintain constant, effective and relevant communication with consumers. And second is the ability to create additional value beyond the initial value that attracted customers to a business. Maintaining constant communication and creating a wide range of values. That solve customers’ problems is a smart way to generate passive incomes in business. It is the quickest way to turns a startup into a global business. Without the continuous creation of value, it is hard to keep customers and make them buy from you again and again. These are the ten commandments you need to follow to create solid wealth.
