Remember, the more specific you can be, the better. So, for example...

If the assignment is taking care of a pitbull and you have experience with pitbulls, mention it!
If you've been to their city 10 times and know it like the back of your hand, mention it!
If one of the pets needs special care, and you have experience giving that special care, mention it!
