It’s been a month since you joined me on a crazy idea to do a non stop global 24 hour marathon livestream.
The idea to pull together the global recruiting & HR community, in a single day, to connect those who needed help with those who were offering help, could not have happened without the support of the speakers, sponsors, organising team and the thousands of people like you who signed up to participate on the day.
This e-book is our first step to follow up.

I enjoy being a part of the Brainfood Community in particular, because of the unique and high levels of engagement in the community - I've never seen anything like it.
People are such an important part of any success story. Finding the right people and - whether it's through leading TA programs or engaging with talented people directly - matching people with the right career is what I love doing.
As a Resourcing & Talent Leader, I’m focused on improving the recruitment industry every day, through continuous learning and sharing best and next practices. I’ve got a proven track record of designing and delivering successful, innovative talent acquisition solutions at a global, regional, and local level – within large, complex matrixed organisations and also smaller start-up companies.
Ever since I can remember, I have lived for creating experiences; meeting new people and leaving an incredible and lasting impression. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that I could turn this love into a lifelong career.
I knew early on that I wanted something bigger, something important where I made an impact - where I had the chance to make change and when I moved to Boston I was able to make that a reality.
Getting to work with start ups was the biggest opportunity to test my ability to create something new - to disrupt and challenge the status quo.

Having amassed over 20 years in marketing, within the professional services and recruitment industries, I have worked for global SaaS and tech businesses, multi-brand recruitment agencies and job advertising and media organisations.
