First off thanks for downloading this resource guide!
Im Nick and I've worked in community health as well as mental health for the past 12+ years. In this time I've come to understand that knowing where to turn for help truly is half of the battle when it comes to social services.
This resource guide was created to help you understand what options you have for yourself or even a client who needs assistance. I hate not having an adequate answer for a client and if you are here I'm sure you feel the same way.
Inside this guide you will find links to various resource guides that I have written that will help you understand what services are available and potentially link your client to assistance programs they need. You will find resources related to healthcare, employment, housing, financial assistance and more inside this resources guide.
