The 11 tasks that we implement during this session must be the foundation of New Staff Onboarding (as well as retraining existing staff). The 11 tasks are: Agency Standards, Auditing a Policy for Agency Standards, Completing an Insurance Review Form, Creating an Assigning Tasks in the Agency Management System and/or CRM, Completing a Paper Quote Sheet and/or Fact-Finder, Completing a Quote in the Agency's Main Quote Engine, Completing Quotes in the Agency's Top 3 Carrier Rating Sites, Completing the Top 5 Acord Forms the Agency Prepares for Commercial and Personal Lines, Completing Certificates of Insurance, Managing the Agency's Upcoming Policy Renewal Process, Managing the Agency's Re-Marketing, Cancelation, and Termination Process

The final two sessions of the workshop is all about increasing Customer Retention. On the first of the Customer Retention sessions we will implement the Birthday Contact Process, Quarterly Policy Weakness Process, Policy Review Appointment Process, and the Inspire a Nation Insurance Review Form to drive Account Rounding, and more.​

Here we are, the final session of the 2-day workshop! during this session we will role-play the Customer Policy Review Conversation, Explain and Role-Play a Rate Increase Conversation, and summarize the entire workshop. It has been 2 NON STOP days of implementing the Processes, Tasks, Tools, Automation, and Conversations your agency needs to build a $10 Million Revenue Insurance Agency if you are an Independent Agency, and a $10 Million Premium Agency if you a a Captive Agency.
