1. This training session will teach you the 20 questions you must ask to determine the best tools to use for specific tasks in your insurance agency. Spoiler Alert! There may not be one best tool for the important tasks, processes, and functions that happen in your insurance agency.

1. This training session will teach you how to locate, contact, and establish Business Referral Parnerships with other professionals such as Attorneys, CPA's, Non-Competing Insurance Agents, Birthday Party Facilities, Mortgage Brokers, and other professionals.

This training will teach you what you need to know to maximize the use of Internet Leads. We will not only look at vendors but recommended technology, follow-up schedules, scripts, email and text message templates, and expected contact and close ratios. At the end of this session, you will have everything you need to successfully work internet leads in your agency.

We will use search result tools to help you create content and marketing ads that will grab attention, and we will explore how tools such as the Next-Door App, Angie’s List, and other neighborhood based tools can drive business to your agency. Also, during this session, we will use the Canva Tool to create ads that can go on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.

During this session, we will teach you how to utilize connections, posts, videos, tagging influencers, groups, live social events, and other social networking tools to build connections, spread your brand, make yourself relevant to your niche, and drive more prospects to your agency.

During this session, by utilizing data such as birthdays, quote information, prior insurance data, and relevant events, we will set up campaigns for the three remaining types of the 6 Best Insurance Prospects, Quoted-not-Sold Prospects, Former Customers, and People with a Possible Upcoming Need such as X-Dates, Birthdates, New-Movers, etc. War​ning! The 11 tasks that we implement during this session must be the foundation of New Staff Onboarding (as well as retraining existing staff). The 11 tasks are: Agency Standards, Auditing a Policy for Agency Standards, Completing an Insurance Review Form, Creating an Assigning Tasks in the Agency Management System and/or CRM, Completing a Paper Quote Sheet and/or Fact-Finder, Completing a Quote in the Agency's Main Quote Engine, Completing Quotes in the Agency's Top 3 Carrier Rating Sites, Completing the Top 5 Acord Forms the Agency Prepares for Commercial and Personal Lines, Completing Certificates of Insurance, Managing the Agency's Upcoming Policy Renewal Process, Managing the Agency's Re-Marketing, Cancelation, and Termination Process

When properly implemented the Inspire a Nation New Customer Onboarding Process will: Make sure the customer is aware of any current policy weaknesses and what the agency recommends to fix the weaknesses, generate more sales and better Account Rounding, Generate Referrals, Make Customer Service Easier, Increase Retention, and more. This can be as simple as processing a payment or as complicated as adding multiple items to an insurance portfolio. When a customer contacts the agency about a claim, the last thing they want is to be told to use a 1-800 number and the agent rush them off the phone. We will show you how to use the Endorsement and Claims process to Power Up the Agency's Account Rounding, Referrals, Life Insurance Sales, and Agency Retention Numbers. ​

The final two sessions of the workshop is all about increasing Customer Retention. On the first of the Customer Retention sessions we will implement the Birthday Contact Process, Quarterly Policy Weakness Process, Policy Review Appointment Process, and the Inspire a Nation Insurance Review Form to drive Account Rounding, and more.​

Here we are, the final session of the 3-day workshop! during this session we will role-play the Customer Policy Review Conversation, Explain and Role-Play a Rate Increase Conversation, and summarize the entire workshop. It has been 3-days of implementing the Processes, Tasks, Tools, Automation, and Conversations your agency needs to build a $10 Million Revenue Insurance Agency if you are an Independent Agency, and a $10 Million Premium Agency if you a a Captive Agency.
