Sweeteners
The following sweeteners are low in both FODMAP sugars and food chemicals (salicylates, amines and glutamates). Any foods high in sugar/sweeteners should be considered a treat. A limit of 2 treats a day is best, where 1 treat is around 150 calories /600 KJ.
