In this program you get insights in yourself, your communication skills and styles of leadership and your business perspective. You learn to apply new skills and behavior which helps you to become a successful leader for yourself of your team.
For whom is this program?
This program is for anyone who wants to develop their (personal) leadership. You don't have to be a team manger yet, and it is perfectly fine if you are.
Program
The program consists of 3 2-day modules. Each day from 09.00 - 17.00 uur at Hofstede de Nieuwe Ham in Utrecht.
Module 1: Personal leadership
This module is focused on you. Who are you, what are your goals, values and convictions, how to use a positive mindset, voice dialogue and core quadrants.
Module 2: Leadership and team
This module is focused on team interaction. We will work with your coaching skills, diversity, stakeholder management, situational leadership and representation systems.
Module 3: Leadership and business
This module is focused on leadership in a business context. We develop a vision, set long term goals, learn negotiation skills, the 5 step sales proces and presentation skills.
