I’m a follower of Jesus Christ trying to live a life of truth without vengeance, courage without arrogance, and conviction without contempt.

I care deeply about:

• the dignity of image-bearers
• faithful conscience
• peace that doesn’t require pretending
• the call to honor civil authority while remembering that all authority is accountable to God
• the quiet work of rebuilding character in a reactive culture

I believe that when people are given power without accountability, fear without wisdom, and immunity without humility, the strongest safeguard is not just better policy—it’s transformed hearts and principled restraint.

I try to hold to a simple rule of faith and practice:

• I will tell the truth.
• I will avoid personal revenge.
• I will document before I accuse.
• I will refuse gossip as a tool of “justice.”
• I will pursue lawful process wherever possible.
• I will pray for those who oppose me.

I’m not perfect at this. But this is the direction of my conscience.

Sometimes that means I speak. Sometimes that means I stay quiet. Sometimes that means I choose to close a chapter even when my heart still aches.

If you’ve heard me mention the Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrate, here’s my simple frame:

I believe God assigns responsibility at multiple levels of authority, and when higher authorities act unjustly, lower authorities have a duty to resist evil wisely, lawfully where possible, and without becoming evil themselves.

For me, this doctrine is not a license for chaos. It’s a call to:

• truth,
• restraint,
• chargeable evidence,
• and courage rooted in the fear of God, not the adrenaline of a crowd.

A note on tone

You may find my writing and teaching direct. That’s not because I want conflict; it’s because I don’t want confusion. It is also a function of my neurodiversity and life experience

But my aim is always this:
