Work in Progress is about introspection, reflection, and personal growth, first. Though pairing this with meaningful progress with your project is important, the most important thing is to build momentum and disable the things that consistently keep you from achieving your goals. With that said, let's get started.
Spend some time capturing all of the things you would like to accomplish, no matter how big or small. Once you have an exhaustive list, pick the three that resonate with YOU the most -- not what you think you should be doing or what others would have you do.
For each of the three things you selected, list three reasons why you want to accomplish this.
(Example: I want to be a writer because it will give me the freedom to work from anywhere.)
It's hard to just choose one thing, especially if you have multiple ideas or things you'd like to work on. Don't think of this as the only thing you can do for the rest of your life. Think of it as a small internship or experience to see if this is something you want to sink some time and energy into. Either way, you will be more informed about the project, and yourself.
