Property Checks
We will visit your property once every fortnight to check that it is safe and secure. An email is sent informing you of the outcome of our visit. Any problems that are found will be photographed and sent to you.
Obviously, in case of an emergency that could cause damage to your property, we would deal with it immediately on your behalf. We will always visit your property as soon as possible after any storm to check for damages in addition to our normal fortnightly checks.
Online Owner Access
We will give you access to your owner’s online calendar. You can use this to manage your own stays and check on dates that are booked via us. Any bookings taken by us for your property are legally binding once deposits are taken. Obviously, you and your family are free to use the property whenever you wish but we ask that you always keep your owner online calendar up to date, even 1 year in advance to ensure we do not have any clashes.
You will be notified of each booking as it is confirmed and you will know exactly what return you will receive for each booking and when to expect payment.
Security Deposits
We meet all your guests at the property on arrival and departure day. Our dedicated team of cleaning managers will inspect the property after their departure and report any breakages or damage.
If there is any damage, we will notify you by email and with photographs. As a security deposit is always taken, an amount will be agreed to be withheld to cover costs.
Insurance
All properties which are rented out should be covered by an appropriate Insurance Policy covering the owner and the property for such activities.
